THEY KEEP CALLING HERE FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS TOLD THEM TO STOP OR I WILL REPORT YOU .THEY CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING.BUT I DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND I DID REPORT THEM

I received a call from Wells Fargo offering me somthing because we are such good customers and I could not figure out why because I do not bank with them or have a credit card with them. I did not have time to take the phone call or listen to details (nor did I want to). I realize from a post above it is probably because they have my home mortgage.

I called Wells Fargo about them calling me and not having an ID on the caller list. The guy denied anyone calling me and said he could see that I was on their DO NOT CALL list.I asked WHY they keep calling, over and over again. Again he denied that anyone called. I told him I reached him by calling back on the number on my phone. Again, he denied everything.I'm fairly new to this bank. If they keep calling me, I will close my account and go elsewhere!!!ARE YOU READY THIS WELLS FARGO????

Got a call from this number tonight. Like roof on 7 August 2009 they offered me a $100 card in exchange for signing up with their Preferred Customer program, which I could cancel without charge before 30 days and then would be charged $9.95 a month or something...I called Wells Fargo the next morning and was able to confirm that they DO have a Preferred Customer Program and that the $100 card IS an incentive to join, however, the above number is for their billing department. To speak to the Preferred Customer Program itself, dial 1-888-642-4720. They also have a website, www.preferredsavingscard.com. However, the representative I spoke with said that it would take about a week for membership to be processed so they could not confirm or deny whether I had actually been enrolled in the program. I will check back in a week and see if it's all on the level.In any event, if you google "Preferred Customer Program" you will see the services they claim to offer are kind of on the sketchy and unhelpful side, so even if it's legitimate don't sign up with them!

When you do a call back it starts with "Welcome to Wells Fargo, say or key in your card number". hmmm.. NOT!

Repetitive calls from this number, all hours of the day - when I picked up last night at 9:30 pm, heard a "growling" sound. I'm fed up. Have me removed from this caller

I just called the real Wells Fargo...they are not making these calls. They say that someone is able to use their number to show that it is them when it isn't. Just like the emails you can get that look like they are from a bank asking for you to update your info. They said to NEVER give out information on the phone unless YOU have made the call to THEM. They will not call you for this info.

If this is a Wells Fargo credit card solitation they can forget ever getting me to accept one. What an annoying piece of work. My next call is to the Texas AG.

That call is from Dial America and they are hired by WF to offer the preferred customer program which is 9.99 a month and you receive a 100 dollar preferred savings card for signing up. It is legit.
