They continue to call and hang up every 30min. How do I get through tp DialAmerica to remove my # fromt there list?
This number has called a number of times, claim to be Wells Fargo. Asked for personnel information. I Refused to give any and hung up on him. This number has called and just hung up on the answering machine.
1800-642-4720 calls 10-15 times a day.Baby sit kids and the constant calls disrupts their naps.I have blocked them on my phone, but still the one ring is annoying.I want it to stop please. Also get call from 188-419-9409.We don't do any business with this company
This is the official Wells Fargo Customer Support number. It is listed on their website and on my credit card bill. This number showed up on my caller ID and the person said he was from Wells Fargo Bank. He told me that because I was a valued credit card customer they wanted me to review information about a new concierge service. Just for reviewing the information, he said, I could keep a coupon for $50 savings the next time I stayed in a hotel. The cost of the program was $49.95 charged to my card as soon as I received the packet of information; however, I could cancel the service within 30 days a get a full refund. It sounded legitimate and I almost went for it. I thought I could get the info and coupon and cancel the minute I received the packet of info. Then, he asked me to confirm some information. He asked me to confirm my birth city. Stupidly.... and I mean very stupidly, I told him where I was born!!! Stupid, supid!! As soon as I did that I realized that was a mistake and I told him I was not interested and hung up. Then I called Wells Fargo at the 800 number to ask them if they had such a concierge service. The Wells Fargo representative told me that they might have a partner company that could have called me offering this service, but, he did not know of any such service. So there it is. Leason learned: Never, ever give out personal information over the phone if you haven't called the number yourself. This could have been a spoofed phone number or this could have been legitimate, I just don't know. Stay safe everyone!
I get a call at my home phone daily from this number between 8:30 and 9am MDT. My wife is usually home, so she answers. They ask for me and hang up when she says I'm not there. She asked for a number today, and they hung up. I spent a couple hours last night calling every Wells Fargo department (since I have some accounts), and they assured me it wasn't them. I think this is a scam.
Called over 6 times in a two day period. Called the number back, it is Wells Fargo Credit Card Services (can check their website, under "all phone numbers" in customer service). Was told that there was a credit card with my phone number attached to it. Rep. verified that card was not in either my or my wife's name, and would remove our number from their list. We will see...
This number has called me a couple of times, and I called them back, I hit 0 a couple of times to get to an operator, and the first thing they asked was my credit card number (which I don't have one through them), then asked my social security number, and I told them they weren't getting it, but I gave them my phone number and explained that I don't do business with them, and there's no reason for them to be calling me, and they removed my number from their list...hope this helps
