Have a lot of guts. POS called @ 10:50 am and then again @ 1:02 pm by which time call was blocked so line disconnected after the 2nd ring. Apple knows about this scam and still not doing anything !!!!!! Hell will be too good for these POS

I played with them for 20 minutes giving them false information as they wanted me to log on a website so they could download the "fix". He was getting frustrated so I told him the Apple store was down the street and I was going to take my "equipment " to the store so the technician could fix it for me. He got very irritated and assured me he could fix it while I was at home. Then I told him that I was being told to keep him on the line so his IP address/phone could be traced, he hung up.
They say my apple account has been hacked ! I don't have a Apple phone ! So go bother someone that cares because I don't !

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.
