I have received calls from this number every day, but never answer.

My mother cancel the service because it's too expensive. They call again to say the are coming and seen that someone didn't cancel.

This number came up on my business cell phone. I am not a customer of TWC. My tactic is to block the numbers on my phone after the first call. The DNC lists are not as effective as the call block feature on the cell phone.

receive calls from this number - it is TWC saying they are now Spectrum and I need to call regarding an "important" change in my account. Actual reason: they are calling because your payment was supposed to be made yesterday - and they will continue to call until your payment is received and processed. I pay on MY pay dates, which do not always coincide with TW's pay schedule.

If this is Time-Warner (per other comments) - we are not customers of them and have not been for over 12 years. We are on a do-not call registry and still getting all these calls. When I pick up I tell people that we are on the list to not call and to remove us from their list, BUT they still call. I'm all for having un-solicited callers have to pay to get thru to our number, what do you think???? Maybe then they would stop. There's got to be a way the phone company can set up approved callers to your phone and not approved callers. The un-approved callers are charged an amount that helps pay for your monthly phone bill, huh??

Unfortunately, if you are a customer of theirs, they can legally call you, even if they are telemarketing you to sign up for additional services and even if you are on the "Do Not Call" registry.

Multiple calls daily from Time Warner marketing, robot talking. If I want services from Time Warner...I will call you!
