Like others have said, it's some kind of courtesy call from Spectrum to remind you of an appointment you might have. The thing is, why would they be calling me about an upcoming installation if I never gave them my number and already have Spectrum anyway?!

It is Time Warner Cable. "They" call constantly for payment of bills, even when the payment is overdue by 1 day. Annoying to say the very least and I am personally about ready to switch back to my old ISP. Really TWC, it's $40 - no reason to constantly call a customer's cell phone with a message. Seriously.
