866-684-7626they claim to be from the cable company but I have two other valid numbers and this number says it is not a valid number, we have been getting scammers calling and I don't know if someone is trying to scam me claiming to be time warner cable...
Person claims they are from consumers energy & that our business gas energy will be shut off within one hour unless we buy a onevanilla bill pay card.
This number called me a bunch of times, I always ignore it. It has the same message above, doesn't state that there's any issue with the billing of my account or even that I have a balance, but when I checked my account I had an old card on the auto pay instead of my new one. I wish they would have just sent me an email or a less cryptic message about it! I could have updated it 2 months ago!
I called twc for acct info and they called back to ask if i was happy with the customer support i recieved.
Its Time Warner, I called it back and it sent me to the Time Warner automated which I got a hold of customer service and asked why did this number call me everyday sometimes twice a day. Its a promo, they gave me a choice of adding showtime or stars for free. Try it out and claim!
