Crooks presented themselves as Spectrum and asked for payment over the phone.

866-684-7626they claim to be from the cable company but I have two other valid numbers and this number says it is not a valid number, we have been getting scammers calling and I don't know if someone is trying to scam me claiming to be time warner cable...

looks like it is owned by Verizon, when you call the contact number it calls MCI

Person claims they are from consumers energy & that our business gas energy will be shut off within one hour unless we buy a onevanilla bill pay card.

This number called me a bunch of times, I always ignore it. It has the same message above, doesn't state that there's any issue with the billing of my account or even that I have a balance, but when I checked my account I had an old card on the auto pay instead of my new one. I wish they would have just sent me an email or a less cryptic message about it! I could have updated it 2 months ago!

I called twc for acct info and they called back to ask if i was happy with the customer support i recieved.

Its Time Warner, I called it back and it sent me to the Time Warner automated which I got a hold of customer service and asked why did this number call me everyday sometimes twice a day. Its a promo, they gave me a choice of adding showtime or stars for free. Try it out and claim!

this number belongs to time warner cable calling to let you know that is now changing its name to spectrum.like a simple email is not sufficient. we are customers
