Any time an unknown # calls and DOES NOT leave a message, THAT IS ANNOYING. How hard to understand is that?

Time Warner is now called Spectrum. I get these calls at least twice a month from an automated system reminding me of my account status involving a past due balance. I was told as long as I pay that past due balance instead of the full balance, i'm okay. ( I did speak to a live rep) and each one every time was pretty nice to me.

it was a technician for TWC I had phone problems and they had to trouble shoot and then called my home phone to test. They disconnected when we answered but called me back on my cell to confirm that it was fixed

that's what i figured... an automated customer survey. i changed some of my account information yesterday and was told that i might get a call from them in the next few days to complete a survey. the automated system just now called, then hung up a few seconds after i answered

To the morons claiming it's not Time-Warner, you're wrong. They send an automated survey call when you have had service done. Theres no boogie man here.

Got a call at 8:12 am. Picked up, said hello, no one spoke.

Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) giving requested call back when service interruption had been resolved.

I never answer calls from toll-free area codes. They are ALL telemarketers. NO ONE actually has a toll-free number to call from. All toll-free numbers are forwarded to another non-toll-free number. If you see a toll-free area code you can be certain that is NOT the number they are calling from.
