Your the ignorant one here. If time Warner needed to alert me they can send a letter. I'm sick and tired of sales people calling my number. Give me your number LD and I'll sell you something. It's people like you that make it impossible to have any telephone peace.
We just switched from AT&T Uverse internet to Spectrum and this number called and left a message with a reminder about our installation appointment.
I get a call twice a day for this number. One a 10:20 and the other at 4:20. I have it set to auto reject at this point. I'm on the Do not call list. The one time I answered, no one and the one voicemail they left was 2 seconds of nothing. I don't know who is calling but this started on the 19th.
don't know who this is and when they leave a voicemail is an automated female voice saying. Sorry I didn't get that.
This is a follow up call from TWC, but evidently they are not too bright. I called to complain that our phone was not working. They said no one could come to fix it for 3 days. Then they call my (BROKEN) phone for feedback. If not for caller id log, I wouldn't have known they called!

they're trying to get personal and fin info under the pretense of finalizing a loan. they leave (866) 398-2896 as a callback number but actual caller id is spoofed to a different number each time.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
