Twc is full of crap.

I answered and an automated message told me TWC wanted to speak; but first, they wanted to verify they'd called the right person, at which point, I hung up.I'm certain my account is up-to-date, and assume this must be a telemarketing call. :(I will accept next time and ask them to remove me from the telemarketing listing, thanks for that advice!

He said he was giving me 40000 dollars. He said he was calling from washinton DC. Yea right loser he wanted all my information and of course i gave him bogus answers he was mad and cussed me out he said he was gonna come to my house to kill me.

I just gave Time Warner my cell number a few days ago and now I get a call from this number.....kinda ironic

This number is trying to get me to a Western Union for a scam

TWC. Of course. They have refused to acknowledge the death of my late husband (7years ago) and are demanding more proof than the Feds. They have refused to cancel the service. Several times. The account is in his name. I have stopped all payments for quite some time now. He's buried. I. Am not exhuming the body and doing a weekend at Bernie's by carrying it into their office, but I do have the cremains of several pets I have lost..am seriously considering sending some ashes with a copy of the death certificate...do you think that might get their attention?

If you subscribe with Time Warner then you cannot opt out of their calls and being on the "Do Not Call" registry will not stop them. You have a business relation with them and that gives them the legal right to contact you - even with sales calls.

I had a cable outage and called in to report it. I spoke to a robotic system. No problems reporting. It took about a 2 minutes. They acknowledged there was an outage in my area.Cable was out for about 45 minutes. After it was restored I received a call regarding the robotic reporting system. They wanted to know what I thought about the robotic reporting system The survey took less than 3 minutes. There were 5 simple questions.I did a similar survey 5 years ago when the cable went out.
