I recieved a call today (number on caller id was blocked) telling me i could lower my interest rate on my credit card...my last chance of course...i knew it was not a legitimate bank because i have never had a credit card. I gave a fake name, asked if it was from the Federal Union bank (which i made up) and he said yes, i gave a fake account number and he said my info was all valid! i then tried to get information. "Michael" from "Account Services" in Orlando Florida told me his number was 1-800-945-2000 and his supervisor was named "David" but he couldn't give me a last name. I called the number i was given and it was Chase bank. It is clear these frauds are using a legitimate Chase bank number but that is not the number they are calling from! Everyone should know that a bank will never call and ask for personal information!

The olde and moldy last chance to lower your credit card interest rate. Robocaller which doesn't identify the company, a sure sign of a criminal scam.

Caller ID simply said "Toll Free Call" - the number they called, an alarm announce panel, doesn't have any credit cards for them to scam. So sorry....

Low life scammers are spoofing an actual Chase credit card customer service number to try to steal your personal information. Just don't answer thee calls.

Received a call from strange number 11843895622, Indian accent guys claiming he could lower my card interest, but he did not know what card I had so wanted me to give him the card number claiming was just to make sure it was the right card lol, I told him I was not comfortable with that, so I just hanged up, I was suspecios from the get go, he called right back this time it would show 800-945-2000 and said we got disconnected, continued asking for card number I told him I did not want to get any interest reduction period and hanged up again, this obviously is a SCAM !!! he even said he represented several card companies, I guess they represent all of them so you fall for their crap.

I been receiving calls for about 2 years offering to lower my Credit card interest rate press one to lower credit card interest 2 too be taken off list. Press 2 did not take me off the list the last 3 calls I did one the 1 call I asked to be taken off the calling list the phone was hung up. 2 call asked some questions phone was hung up. 3 call asked the name of company was told it was credit Card services asked for a local number they gave me 800-945-2000 this number was answered by a machine asking for the credit card numbeer. I looked up the number for Chase credit card and informed the fraud department. The Number on caller ID looks to be out of the countery 5-062-230-4556

I just got a call from 831-431-9581 asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate, told the caller I wanted placed ona do not call list, she said they do not have such a list and hung up. ten minutes later I get a robo call from 800-945-2000 which was silent, no one talked and it hung up after a few seconds. Called the number back and it was Chase card services. Scum bags calling a lot about credit cards, most sound as if they from India. I ask to be placed on a do not call list, they laugh.

why cant these calls be STOPPED?. They don't pay for my phone, my service or my time..... All 7 of my lines are on DO NOT CALL LIST
