Keep getting calls to my residence for two weeks. The caller calls leaving no messages on my voice mail. I finally answered. A guy calling from Capital One was looking for Rich. I told him he has a wrong number. He hung up. Today my caller id is showing this number called again.

I keep getting calls from this number, but I don't answer when it rings. I called the number and "Capital One" picked up and immediately prompted me to enter my credit card number. I hung up after seeing online that there's apparently something fishy about this number.

I want this caller to stop calling. They call everyday, 2 or 3 times a day.

I keep getting a call from this number and they are looking to speak with a guy name Ralph. I told them that they where calling my cell phone and my name is not Ralph. They have the wrong number for this person and they keep calling me like 2 or 3 times a day. It's annoying.

I get calls from this number everyday! They never leave a message. I will not answer numbers I do not recognize and this is one of them. I figure it must not be too important if they don't leave me a a message.

The calls just started two days ago. They call frequently and often. I also screen my calls and they never leave a message.

This number keeps calling me. 2-3 even 4 times a day. they have even called after 8pm. i havnt answered it because i rarely answer numbers i dont recognize! i would really like if they stop if any one knows how to get them to email me at shyjenz7686@yahoo.com thanks!

I received a call from 800-955-6000 and it was Capital One, calling to remind me I missed last months payment. While I had the woman on the phone, I made my payment online, and that matter was resolved easily. BUT..... I have another credit card through Capital One. I paid it off recently, but I paid too much. It left a negative balance of over $100. I informed the woman that I would need that money back, since I had paid them too much. She told me I had to call 800-955-6600. I called the number and got a capital one recording. I had to enter my SSN because I didn't have the credit card with me to enter my account number. After I put in my SSN, the line went dead. I search the number I called, 800-955-6600 online and that's when I found all of these other complaints!! I called a REAL Capital One phone number and they had nothing to say about the "fake" number. Hm....

Wow, this is really becoming ridiculous. I continue to receive calls from this number multiple times a day, even on Sunday. I don't answer b/c they call my cell phone and I don't answer strange numbers. I think I'm going to answer today and see what they have to say. This is soooo annoying. The only comfort I take in this is that I'm not the only one.

This number calls me at least twice daily - I have a Capital One account - but have never answered because I didnt recognize the number. This seems very suspicious since Capital One has several other ways of contacting me (online account, they have my address, etc.) and they have not brought up any sort of urgent matter...
