This morning, I got a strange call. The caller didn't mention where they were phoning from. I phoned the Caller ID number on the phone and Chase answered. It was weird.

Keeps calling my skype number. Won't leave a message, which leads me to believe it is not really Chase bank. All my calls from them have been 800, not 801.

Just got a call from this number. The guy had a hard to understand foreign accent but claimed he was calling from Utah. He said he was calling from Chase and doing a survey but I didn't believe him & hung up. Call I-D shows I've had lots of calls from this number in last few weeks.

I'm getting a call from this 801-823-2024 almost every day. When i pick up the call, no one speaks on the other side. They keep calling me atleast 3 times a day. Really annoying.

We keep getting calls from this number and they never leave a message on the answering machine. If it is Chase (as other people have posted) then they better leave a message or I will continue to ignore the calls. My caller ID only says "unavailable".

I called Chase and they said it is a scam...do not talk to these people and call Chase and report to their fraud dept.

they call here everytime something happens with my son's account at chase....it is a survey but they are relentless and there seems to be no way to get them to stop calling...when you call back you only get an automated service....these people are annoying and need to be stopped, does anyone know how to stop or report numbers like this. I have all my numbers on the do not call list but these places seem to be allowed to call regardless....there has to be a way to stop them. Can anyone respond.....thank you.

I called chase and this is not from them.
