I have received a call from this number several times a day. when I called back the recording told me to check the number.

This caller called me four times yesterday at about an hor apart from 5:45 to 8:33. Did not answer.No messages

it's the League of Conservation Voters. right now they're asking for involvement in the National Day of action for the Obama Campaign....registering voters, etc.nothin' too scary, folks.

I get the same thing. Caller hangs up after a few seconds after we answer with "hello," but the caller never responds. Just silence. Very annoying.

Started getting calls from this number with same Gaorgia Jarett in caller ID- .They called 3 times yesterday and 3 times, today. When I call back to see who it is- it says the number is not in service. I blocked the number.

This may not be a "scary" call but when they call my home 6 times in 2 hours and can't bother themselves to leave a message IT'S NOT A LEGITIMATE CALL!! Blocking.

Getting calls repeated from this number. No one ever answers. Calls come at all hours and even wake me up. Phone company said they cannot block this number.

Caller ID only shows Holladay, UT. Search on 411.com & whitepages.com say only that it is a landline from Qwest. When I called it on my cell, I got a message that the number was disconnected/out of service. When called from my landline, the greeting says: "Welcome to Triple A (AAA Motor Club). Please enter your account number or 10-digit telephone number." We had to let our AAA membership expire in May due to job cuts/lack of funds, so I assume they are trying to get us to sign back up .

same story....numerous calls over several weeks and no response when answering the phone call...an real intrusion of privacy and extremely annoying...

I have been getting calls from this number for the past two weeks. I DONT answer calls from numbers I dont recognize. I DONT OWE money, I dont have outstanding credit card debt. About a year ago I would get calls from another number (similar to this one). One month I counted over 60 calls . I am seriously thinking about disconnecting my home phone line and on my cell phone I can block these numbers or any number that I dont recognize. The NO CALL registry DOES NOT work; I already tried that for a year and calls kept comming. In other countries they put people in jail for this type of scams. Why can we do that here in the US? Why do we go through so much BS?
