Numerous calls from these clowns. I play dumb and keep then on the line as long as I can (make them repeat info, answer stuff incorrectly, make up weird c/c numbers...."I swear, mine has the @ symbol! It's right on my card!!!..stuff like that. The J/A I spoke to tonight asked me what my name was..I said you called me buddy - you tell me...chhhaaakuuuuuuuuuuuu - hung up on.

July 11, 2007. I was called by this 802-681-4148 number just a few minutes ago. I did not answer as I thought it was BS. I googled this number and got this forum. I am certainly glad I did not answer as reading the other postings. They called on my cell phone and since it cost minutes I am more selective when answering the phone. You can not trust these numbers at all. By even answering, they now know that the number is connected to someone and can keep harassing you. Most likely they will use another 1-800 number. Advice: If you have caller ID... just do not answer. Then check your voice mail.

Calls all the time, very frequently! I finally had to block this number, however; I swear that now they are using a different number which is 419-774-8004 (reported this one as well)! When they call they say I have won a trip due to a family member or friend who was viewing air time rates online and they entered my name into a contest! So now I've won a trip to the Bahama's or Hawaii etc.! So very annoying!! I just keep blocking these calls from coming in and I swear they just keep getting new number's just as fast to replace the one's I've already blocked!When will these end!!?? I know some who are threatened by those on the other line and from the same number!! And these are kid's that are getting these calls!! I hope they can somehow find out who they are ehind all these phone scams!!

I just received a call from these ppl to lower my interest rates. When the phone was answered by myself there was talking in the backround and finally they responded ...when I asked what credit card he was talking about he said "all of them" I said I would call my card company myself ...AND THE [***] HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! So irritating...don't answer this call!!

They get really excited when you play dumb.They think they are going to get easy moneyfrom a dumb unsuspecting person.They get real angry when they find outit was an act!

I got a call from this number. I asked a few questions and then suggested that using a company name like "Account Services" was misleading and dishonest, he hung up on me. However I stayed on the line and soon heard a phone ringing. I think I was listening in on the next call the automated system made, I tried to talk to the whoever answered but it seemed like they could not hear me. Seems like a scam.

Called but computer didn't answer them. This is the best way to stop telemarketers - have your computer answer the phone or block the numbers. lol it's great!

I keep getting calls from this number also. There HAS to be something we can do about this NONSENSE!!! Glad I am not the only one. It happens ALL the time....several times a week.
