So I called the [***] back at the service provider (Level 3), and their customer serivice number with fraud options didn't give me any help, so I calle back again and pretended to be a customer, and I told them that some [***] was [***]' me around ,and they gave me their fraud departement, and after speaking with "mary" she has told me she is going to call back after running a few "cherries" whatever the [***] that means, all I know is I'm still [***] pissed and I'll continually call back untill something is done.
Well, after speaking with a proper authority, at level three, once more, I was able to resolve the issue, (apperently. They said they would be contacting the authorities about the fraudelent use of that telephone number, and that the issue would be resolved, and that I would not be called again by that number. I surely hope they were telling the truth, because I am certainly not one to let sleeping dogs lie.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
