same harassing BS calls as everyone else. no identification, just scare tactics. calling at work and home

I have been getting these calls from all different phone #. I would love to call and give them the same type of call.

A message was left on my phone stating that my daughter had to contact them immediately because there were going to be two charges against her and me for trying to obtain an online loan under fraud. That was supposed to have occurred in July, 2011. They had our last 4 digits of our S.S. numbers and some other information concerning my daughter's bank account (which she no longer had at the time they said she tried to make the loan) and her work place. The work place was not even correct for that time frame either. She called them back and was told at first it wasn't even her they were looking for and gave her another name. Then, when she called back, someone else told her that she would receive a summons in 14 days, but they would not divulge any information to her at all about how much the loan was supposed to have been for and even if she received it. After two days of worrying about this, I told my other daughter about this. She googled and found out that it is a scam. These people must really be bored with nothing better to do than to try to hurt people. I don't know how they manage to get S.S. numbers or any information about the people they scam. But, something should be done to stop them. I'm just glad I found out before it went any further. I usually don't answer unfamiliar calls and didn't this time. They left a message instead.

This female recording keeps calling my cell phone AND my work phone and leaving harrassing messages. SO OVER IT. Will be reporting.

Received this call today about what everyone is saying they know my first and last name and something about my social. Made my wife upset and scared she's due in 4 weeks for our son and now she's stressed out. This [***] is bs. She thought i was going to jail or something but reading everything from everyone else seems like a scam. I tried calling it back but no answer and inbox is full. This is just pathetic.

I received the same call.i called them back and the asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN. told them that I will not give it, they replied " Good luck in court and hanged up". Scamers! I hope they get them.

Just like everyone else, the voicemail I receivedwas the same as all of you. These guys are ruthless. However they get your information, they make you nervous and uneasy about dealing with everyone else. The local law enforcement does not know how to deal with these guys. The have many phone numbers from various states and change the numbers up to fool you. Be ruthless with them. Take their number and dial it every 15 minutes and ask for the same thing over and over. Tell them to please send the validation of debt. Tell them they said they have all of your addresses, employers names, etc. Tell them to use the resources they say they have to validate the debt to your address. You won't receive anything in the mail. They are crooks and scammers.

OMG I just got a call 2 minutes ago, Scared the hell out of me. I'm so glad I didn't call back. Thank you for the info. I will definitely block this number.

Iv received numerous calls from these telephone terrorists...they use numerous numbers from different states that are routed through a routing relay center, making it almost impossible for police and phone companies to trace them..they call your work...tell your personal business to anyone who will listen ,( shaming tactics used to get someone to quickly pay up) which happns to be illegal to do...google FTC collection rules and regs...these people call your family and share your personal business...they already have your personal info...ie bdate ss# addresses past and current..they even have a list of cars you own.These people threaten to call your neighbors and tell them your using their ss#for credit. They threaten to come to your house with intent of doing harm to you.File a police report...put EVERY threat they make towards you down in the report.They are NOT legal debt collectors...they are thuggs and addicts looking to score tax free loot to feed their drug habits.As long as there are people foolish enough to allow these terrorists to make an illegal buck...they will keep at it.They are no different than the scum who sticks a gun in your face and threatens to shoot you if you dont hand over your money...ExtortionRobberyIts all theftJust another prank caller scumbag
