These scammers have been bothering me for about two months. They even went as far to call my 73 year old mother in Arkansas and scare her half to death, when I answered the phone and told them I knew they were a scam they hung up on me but yet they continue to call me. My mother said they tried to ask her for my social security number. It is a total scam. They told my mother I wrote hot checks - I haven't written a hot check in 15 years and that was an accident plus I rarely even write a check anymore.

charges will be filed against me, may be summoned at work for a pay day loan that I know nothing of, supposedly from Sagamore Cash Advance

I got the same messaged they cannot harass you at work like this its just rediculous

I've been going through the same thing with these people for almost a year now. They called me yesterday and today. I saved her voicemail message. They will not stop calling you have to report them. I called back yesterday and asked for a mailing address after she put me on hold for 12 minutes she told me they don't give out that information for "security reasons". See if you can file a complaint with the FCC or your states attorney general.

I just received the same call everyone is describing. They called my cell and my home number. I want to know how that got both my numbers.

they continue to call but you can hear someone in the back telling the person that's her hang up when you call back you can not get through

i just recieved the same called and they told me the same thing /thanks that a a relief becuae i dont indulge in any fraudgelant activities

Got a call from these guys today. I'm usually not phased too much by these things but this one really unsettled me. Claimed 2 counts of fraud have been filed "in your county" and once i had been served there was no turning back. Didn't give them anything. Thought it was a scam as i have never misrepresented myself in any way, but am very glad to find this site and confirm it.
