This is a bill collection company trying to collect money. Not necessarily a scam, but definitely annoying. I have been getting calls all week from them looking for someone that either had this telephone number before I did or used this telephone number as a contact number in some fraudulent financial transactions. I called them back and sat on hold for about 10 minutes waiting to speak with someone. She asked me for a case number, which I wrote down from the automated message that was on my voicemail. I gave her the case number, she told me the name of the person they were looking for and I told her that the number they were calling was not that persons phone number. She apologized and stated they would remove my phone number from the file and I should not receive any further calls from them.If you are getting calls from them, have a little patience and give them a call. The woman that answers wasn't over cordial, but she was polite and apologetic for inconveniencing me.We shall see if my call and request to them worked.

Company calling my job leaving messages.

Just got same message.. Kinda scares you a little. Almost sounds legit

i didnt answer leftme a message saying i would be summons in my state of fradulent attached to name and ss number

Don't be .. I was too, they sound for real however after talking to them for couple mins you know they are scammers ..

Scam!!!! I got a call asking me for money on a payday loan that was taken out on my social through a fraudulent account. When I said I refused to pay it, he told me a summons would be arriving in 5-7 days. I asked to what address since I am in Florida and the call is from Virginia and all of a sudden he had no answers for me. This has been going on for a few months now and im OVER IT! If you get a call, mess with them back. Ask for a name and say you too are going to send a summon to go get them. Its time to get back at these LOW LIFES!

I got the same Message as well/ I called back they hung up on me then I called again and they put me on hold for like 5-10 min I hung up.

I got this call today...I was nervous because I didn't know what it was talking about

Received a call today say I defaulted on a loan from Bank of America that I know I have not taken out. Was told if I didn't make arraignments to settle this debt I will have to go before a judge. I asked for a number that I can contact Bank of America directly, was told that the papers are sealed and she can't give me that information. Asked to speak to someone else, put on hold and no one picked up. These people are crazy! Scam;

They have left 3 messages saying I will be summoned at my place of work and gave me a case number. When I called back I got someone who said my number was not "pulling up". I called 3 more times and was disconnected
