10:30am March 24/09. Call from area code: East Virginia: Richmond. I answered the phone and there was no one there. I hung up before automated message kicked in. I am on the Canadian NO CALL REGISTRY. (Manitoba)

CALL YOUR LOCAL PHONE COMPANY AND ASK THEM TO BLOCK THE NUMBER...EVEN IF YOU'RE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST...THEY SEEM TO GET THROUGH. YOUR PHONE COMPANY WILL BLOCK IT...IT WORKS.

I answered phone...waited...heard nothing...waited some more...I kept saying "HELLO"...but, nobody answered. I need to be able to bill them for the time that they wasted... would be nice to charge them $100.00 every time this kind of crap happens.

Recording claiming to be from Credit Card Services and offering to reduce interest rates for credit card debt. This annoyance is repeated a few times a week even though I am on the do not call list. They hang up on you if you get through to an agent and blast them for bothering you. Visa says they are not authorized by them to offer this service. I have files 2 complaints with the government do not call service. No change so far. I don't understand why it's so hard to track these people down and stop them. Aren't they breaking the law?

I called US Lec of Virginia and reported the problem to them. The nice lady is going to contact their fraud dept to investigate. I would suggest others do the same. Phone number is: 804-521-6753

I receive several calls a day from this California number. When I try to ring back the line is blocked to incoming calls (fast busy signal). I was very interested to read in these posts that other people have had the same problem. Good to be forewarned that the caller is rude and quite stupid, and that the reason for the call is completely pointless!

And yet another phone call today, I think that makes about 10-12 now.

I have had many, many calls from this "agency". I have pressed 4 to get on the "do not call" list, to them still calling, even more so. I have pressed 1 to speak to an agent, and told them to NOT call me again, and they still call. Today, I led them through a "make believe" credit card problem myself....really led them on, they caught on in the end saying, "so when are you going to stop this game" I told them, "WHEN YOU STOP CALLING ME".. Lets hope this is the end!!!!!

Keep getting calls. The pre-recorded message says they are "Card Holder Services." I tried pressing 3 the remove my number from the call list but as everyone here is saying, it didn't work. I talked to a representative twice. The first I asked why I was gatting calls because I am on the National Do Not Call List and he hung up on me. The second I asked what is the company name and he hung up on me. I also would like to make a formal complaint about this company. It is quite obvious that they are not legitimate.

Have been receiving MANY calls from 804-518-2490 Credit Card Services. Their do not call list does not work at all, as I have tried it several times with no success whatsoever. They do not even respect the Canadian National DNC list, as I am a member of that one too. They are REALLY rude. WikiAnswers.com says that this number is owned by "World Class Services". Their direct line is 1-888-878-1014. Call them to place a complaint, or to try their DNC list. Better yet, ask to speak to a supervisor, and explain how rude and disrespectful this company is as they do not adhear to the National CRTC rules with the DNC list. Take a lot of their time on the phone, and make it perfectly clear that you intend to call and bother them continously until they stop the soliciation calls. Good Luck!! :o)
