No she doesn'e end up trying to get money for her site. In the very begining she will express that if you place your home on the site there will be no commissions. Music to my ears I am so sick and tired of paying out heavy commissions for NOTHING to realtors. I'm sure there are many of you out here who feel the same way right? I really dont comprehend the two questions on this site of who is using this number? This is a top draw family company who actually CARE about their homeowners. The degree of support is unlimited, if you need them they are just a phone call away no request is too great. The number and name of the company are readily available anywhere.....Duh!! So that shoots down WHO IS USING THIS NUMBER. We sold our horse farm off of this site 2 months ago to a Spanish couple without any hassles.

I just read your post as I googled this phone number I was approached by Ashley, about a week ago. I can tell you I have many, potential buyers who have called and emailed us since placing our home on her site. I have no doubt in my mind our buyer is among them I cannot belevie how lucky we were that Ashley selected our home. She'll go that extra mile for you she really is a nice person. I had a call from Ashley she told me my house may be a match to her search criteria and wanted to ;look at a few interior pictures, I only had exterior pictures on the site where she located our home. She said she would call us back after receiving the pictures I was about to send her. She did and was very honest and told us aster viewing the pictures our house unfirtunately was not a match at this time. She did say she will keep us in mind for any future buyers who are looking for our type of property.She is very proffessional, curtious and really makes you feel special with her perky persona! It was a refreshing experience..

you should have listened as my wife and I did their call was the best thing that happened to us. After 2 years of our home sitting on another site without one person contacting us we placed it on Ashley's family's site and it sold in 1 month. A solid cash buyer. I sent Ashley the biggest box of chocolates I could find. I will refer as many of my friends and family as I can should they need to sell their homes. I'm In Alabama. Guess the jokes on you !!!!!!!

I have my Florida home listed on this site and they did a great job with the pictures and descriptions. Market is slow but I am hoping that this site will do the trick.
