Same issue here with Videotron on my personal line. Got charged 3.49 for a one minute call to 807-788-1246. Videotron agreed to cancel the charge after some discussions, but told me I can get an invoice from Triton directly + extra fees from them. Videotron told me the 3.49 charge was related to an online order I had placed, which I never did.

Received a bill from cogeco with this number.

COGECO billed me with $3.49 for a long distance call on September 09, 2015 at 5:46PM. I never made such a long distance call. my Home number is 613 549 4759.

It is an Ontario Based company, they call your phone and even if an answering service picks up the call you are charged $3.49. I call Shaw and they reversed the charges and I was able to dial *60 to block this number.

Same here, got a 2.99$ bill for a call that was never made or received, 1 minute duration. Bell is as unhelpful as usual, saying (after looong discussions and authorization processes) that they will remove the fee from my bill but that they will forward it back to Triton Global so that they can bill me directly. Great! Of course I had no answer when I asked how come Bell's systems are so porous that a third company can fraudulently bill it's customers. Never saw that in the small printed contract that came with the landline. Sure I can defend myself but what about all those who can't?

I got this call too and never made it from my phone I had never had this before 807 788-1246 and had to pay 2.99 with bell. All the years I have had a phone with different phone companies never have I had this done to me.Third party charges soundn't be aloud because it can be a scam. I am going to switch to another phone company if bell doesn't stop this scam with me being the payee for something I didn't use.

Received a charge on our Bell bill for $3.49. Nobody in our household uses this service since you can Google anything.When I contacted Global Triton at 1-866-340-4990 (number provided by Bell), the lady basically called me a liar when I told her we did not use their service. After talking to Bell a second time, the lady reversed the charge on our bill and confirmed that this is not the first time she has dealt with this complaint form other customers. She was also able to blocked the number on our bill.
