who is it that charge me telephone fee through my phone company.Is triton global makes fraud?If yes how could i be protected by thisThanjs

I received a charge of $2,99 + tax on my last bill from Bell Aliant indicating a call to dir assist 807-788-1246 I e-mailed Triton Global and I was impressed in that a reply came back within minutes - reply was-: "The charge on your bill is a directory assistance charge. Someone from your phone was calling an 800 number or a toll free number for a business and the number that they dialed had either been changed or was no longer in service. They would have gotten a recording that stated "the number you have dialed has been changed, you can access the new 800 number for a fee of 2.99 by pressing 1 for directory assistance". When the 1 is pushed the 2.99 is applied to the phone bill and your call is transferred to a directory assistance operator who would provide you with a new number. The number on your bill is not a phone number, that is a billing code that directory assistance uses."

I just received my shaw cable bill yesterday. There were 2 charges on the same day which I didn't make. # 807-788-1246. The charge totaled $6.98. I spoke to 2 people at shaw and finally they deleted the charge. They told me that I made collect calls which I didn't. It was charged on my bill under Alternate Long Distance Provider - Trinton Global. I googled them and they are situated in Alberta. I live in Ontario.

I have filed a complaint to CCTS.

I received a charge dated january 30, 2015 on my shaw bill for a "long distance provider Triton Global" on the amount of $3.49. I never made the long distance call and I don't know who this long distance provider is. The number shown on the bill is 1-807-788-1246. I never call or received a call from this company. This is a fraud company. How are these companies collecting money from all over the world.

Phone call no one at the other end. try to get sender number. cherges 4,01 from videtron stating they were cherged by Triton FISHY

We saw a charge of c$3.49 before taxes for a 1 hour call made to this number on our recent statement. We never made this call or received any collect call or press whatever number to answer that call. We reported to phone co. And they reversed the charge for this time. This is a scam, and it's expensive. it costed about 6 cents per min. from this charge. These days you can easily pay just 1 cent calling N.A..
