I was charged $2.99 plus tax for a directory assist from Triton Global on my August bell telephone bill. (the supposed call was charged for May 2l, 2013) ....I did not make this call nor did anyone else from my telephone....I am a single older person and am very hard of hearing (using two hearing aids). My sister called bell and said that I had to pay this amount as they were billed for it. She then called Triton Global and was very bluntly told that the call was made from my telephone and had to be paid.....

I was charged $2.99 plus tax on my Primus telephone bill. (the supposed call was charged for Sat Jul 27, 2013 supposed I call to 8077881246 ) ....I did not make this call nor did anyone else from my telephone....

I have this on my Sept Bell Bill. I am currently speaking to Bell to investigate. The assessed call was for june 22, 2013. One minute.Looks like a Hoax to me. Any one interested in pursuing to investigate, email me - vc65365@gmail.com

This is the second time that we have this amount charged on our phone bill, 2.99$ plus tax. We never called 807-788-1246, Triton Global.

I received my bill today dated october 6th, for the month of September of course. But I see a call from Triton Global DIR_ASSIST on 807 788 1246 supposedly made on August 12th. Charge 2,99 + taxes of course. Never made such call.

This number showed up as a charge on Sept. 12. I called Shaw and reported it. They reversed the charge and will be looking into this scam

My mother is with Bell and she got her bill in and in June she got charged 2 $2.99 charges. Bell directed us to a third party and they straight out refused to reimburse us the money we were charged. My mother did not make these calls and now trying to fight with Bell. It's a scam with elder people. Watch your phone bills please

We called Bell back asked for a manager. At first they were not going to give the money back until I threatened them that I was going to leave and go to Koodo. Once I did that they reembursed me the money back for the next month.
