Call the citi number in the back of your card not this one. This is a scam. They said citi has no number like that and has no log of a call to me
They have been calling my biz line twice a day for awhile now. It was a land line converted to a cell (much cheaper!). I have the app "truecaller" on phone, where it is blocked as "Payday Loan".
I have no debts with Citi Bank.. I spoke to Andrew who said he did not know the number 816-420-4632. Then he called again asking me for information I told him if he is calling me he should know what he is calling me about this time his name was Jeremiah the same voice as Andrew. He totally denied the fact that this number was his. He sarcastically said well you are calling me what do you want. I SAID STOP!! CALLING ME!!!! he calls 7 days a week 24 hours a day. This guy has no life Oh BTW I told him I googled this number and he is a scam artist but he did not give me his immediate managers phone number so I can complain to him if he is really legit which we all know he is not and there is no such person.
Called today 6-4-2016 1pm CST. Have famiky in KC area (816) area code displayed so answered and briefly heard background noise like people talking perhaps but was hung up on immediately.
Keep getting hang up calls on both cell and land line. Can't tell them to go to hell because no no one is there.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
