This number called me twice today.... the first time no one was there and the second time, after a brief delay there was a woman on the line and she asked for me (butchering my name). I confirmed that's who I was and she asked if I was aware I was behind on my Citi Card ending in ####. I told her I wasn't and I would verify online. She thanked me and hung up. I am sure her next step was going to be to identify me by requesting all of my personal information. No thanks.

they asked for my social. Wouldn't give out any info. What do they think? People would just give it to them?

This number just called me and she was a fraud. Kept asking me to confirm my name and wanted me to say "yes" "yes" and "yes" to all her questions confirming me. I have not business with citi bank at all. They are a scam

Got 22 calls this weekend, didn't call back. I pay my account on-line if there is a problem they should indicate this at the on-line account or e-mail me. As soon as I can get [***] (citi) card paid off they can kiss rosy red.

Got a call for the 20th time from this number. The caller ID says Kansas City, MO didn't answer, don't recognize number or know anyone in Kansas City. Never leaves message.

received several calls over a period of couple of days. Never called the number since a message was never left. After reading the above email thread, if it in fact this is citibank, that's not how they do business. So, be careful.

I bet this is important and helpful information but I had trouble understanding. Is this "text type"? I guess I should take a class. It'd be nice to have the info translated.
