Just received two calls from a heavily accented "Mark"... I can't remember his last name. He screwed up on the first message and tried again. I got to record the message and am posting it to warn my friends about these calls.

I forgot to mention that "Mark" claims to be from the US Treasury and that there is a lawsuit developing woth my name.

yea indian guy called, said he was with the treasury or irs, hard to understand, I laughed and said everyone knows this is a scam and you are a criminal, he said wait a few hours and I'll be arrested. I said please send someone so I can have them arrested, he hung up.

Got the same call for my daughter - heavy accent, from the U.S. Treasury. I told him I knew it was a scam. I asked how he lived with himself, advised him to get help and hung up.

I just received this call too! Couldn't understand a word she was saying. She said legal action was being brought against me by the U.S. Treasury. I said where are you from - she said California. I said okay. So I let her continue on with her terrible phone skills!!! She told me I had to contact Jack Wilson at 818-937-1186. I asked her where jack Wilson was from and I think I stumped her because she hung up.

Just had a call from heavily accented "Allen Clark" from the "US Treasury." He started to tell me his employee ID number. I hung up on him (only answered in the first place because 818 is my aunt's area code). HE CALLED ME BACK. I let it go to voice mail. HE LEFT A MESSAGE! Amazing! Told me to call or have my retained attorney call because of the action beginning against me. I know he's a fraud, but if he calls my MOM, she'll talk to him! Brazen!

I just got the same phone call from the same number.

Hello? Hello? Are you still there? Did the agents come? No? Imagine that!

Same scenario. Sean Williams was the name used this time.
