Thank you, I just said the same thing, another government agency doing nothing.

Have been called today and yesterday by 849-963-4853. My caller ID indicated Name Not Found. I do not answer my phone if there is no name or a name I do not recognize on the caller ID. After 4-5 rings my fax machine picks up and gives them the hi pitched fax signal!! I am also on the Do Not Call List and have registered there at least 4 times over the last 6 months, but still continue to receive calls from many solicitors including Toll Free Caller, Nspire and now the 849-963-4853 number. I believe the Do Not Call List is totally ineffective and will not waste my time trying to get results there in the future. In my opinion, we seniors should protest and loudly insist on better protection through Credit Reporting Agencies and Government Agencies. Providers like AT&T, Verizon, etc will do nothing because they are making too much money being the middle man. Wonder if our senators,representatives and/or their spouses get these annoying phone calls? I'm betting probably not!

I am wondering if you could just forward that number to the local police departmnt without answering it?

Someone at 849-963-4853 called at 10:15. Caller ID said "D. Republic Calls." I did not pick up. Phone rang 3 times then caller hung up.

Just got this call with no one on the other end - I looked at the caller ID and there staring me in the face is DOM REPUBL CALL. So I hang up and go to the computer to see if I am already scammed just by answering. These clowns are calling seniors in retirement communities. Beware! Thanks for the site.

Just rings a few times and hangs up, so I called back and they said it was a number that was no longer in service. Just don't pick it up, I know it's a pain to get these calls. I am on the do not call list and still get them..

I just looked on Spokeo, they list them as telemarketers, and they have 1635 complaints against them.So much for that, and reporting them.

Got a call this morning from them at 8:30 am listened to the auto message said to push 2 to be removed from list, message please hold for customer serice rep. Woman came on the line told her I would like to be removed she then proceeded to inform me that I would not be removed and to go bleep myself and hung up.

Received a call from 849-963-4853 this # AM. Did not show up on my caller ID. Thought it strange. I was expecting an important call so I answered. Recorder said" If you have Medicare and have problems with Diabetes press 1 if you do not want to receive these calls press 2. I did and a foreign man said hello, I said take me off the list and he hung up. How can they get away with their number not being shown on caller ID. SCAMMERS . This has got to stop and I am on the DNC list
