Called twice today - line is dead when I answer - nothing - but it doesn't hang up - just nothing there

No reason to get calls from Dominican Republic. Not going to answer and provide ammunition for them to say I responded and get even more calls. I check the # before I pick up the phone.

Just got call from this number a few moments ago, but they hung up before my answering machine and telezapper could get it. Even though we are on the Do Not Call List, we get an average of six scam calls daily.

Received a call from this # again! No message left. Am on the DNClist. Annoying!!! Every day!!

I get calls from this everyday but I do not answer unidentified callers; this caller hangs up before the machine picks up the call.

Complaining to the FCC, the FTC or any Gov. agency about this is a total waste of time. The only thing they tell you is that they collect the number of complaints and when the complaints hit some unknown, top secret, death to anyone if the number actually really does exsit and they let it be known, they'll send the offender a very strongly worded letter!! And God help the person who let the number be known!! They'll get a full weekend off without pay!! In other words besides complaining to sites like this one you and your friends need to start complaining to the top dogs. Starting at the top(the President) and working all the way down to your local politicians. Don't send one complaint send one a week, if you can, just annoy them the way we get annoyed and see if that will get them off their buttts and do their jobs! Cut and paste works great for petitions!!!

An add to my post above. These turds were also using the number 849-963-3226 for the same scam. I am keeping a log of all telemarketing calls, the scams, and the numerous numbers used by the same bunches of crooks.
