which I have never contacted in the first place .I have gotten multiple calls and when I return the call it goes to recording .
I got a call from this number on 22 Nov 2010, 2 Sep 2010, 25 Aug 2010, 24 Jun 2010, and 17 Jun 2010. I never answered because I didn't recognize the number and the cell phone screen does not say who it is (cheap cell phone) unles I already had it saved in my phone's memory. I did have an appointment in the San Antonio area with the military healthcare system this week, so that might explain it.
The number is not a scam, It is a reminder call about an appointment or test results from you caring doctor at the navy hospital in Pensacola.
I just got a call from this number. Missed it on my cell but saw it on my work line and didn't recognize the number. They did leave a message with the extension to call back to. I had just finished my registration on the Troops To Teachers site and it was them calling to ask a question. So, legit number.
This is just a call mask or trunk line for the base hospital in Pensacola. As someone in Network Engineering who does Call Manager stuff, this is fairly common and not "tapping into your system". Generally, a call will be masked and then when you call the masked number it will take you to a clients help line.
