I keep getting calls from United Airlines Lost Baggage. They call my counseling office's main number, then my extension. They say, "This is United Airlines Baggage Claim and I have passenger number..." I tell them this is not United and is a private counseling office. (They also leave messages in my voice mail (don't listen to my outgoing message, which says I am a pyschotherapist, etc.) and STILL leave a message requesting a lost baggage trace. This has been going on for three years. One time I told the person who was calling that they had the wrong number, explaining what my office does, and they asked mME for United Lost Baggage's number!
This is the automated medical care system used by the Navy (maybe others) to confirm an appt. The main system is in Pensacola. Someone with your phone number (maybe in the past) was/is affiliated with the govt. medical system. Sorry, no conspiracy.
Pensacola Naval Hospital appointment confirmation number. Serves several different navy bases branch medical clinics. NOT the government probing your phone lines... Just calling to remind you about an appointment. Sorry!
Thanks, that makes total sense. I got a call from this number on my cell phone, which is a California phone number. I couldn't figure out WHO would have called my cell phone that lives here in Florida. But I do have an appt. at the Naval Hospital this week, so that's the only thing that makes sense.
This number, 850-452-0000, is one of the main trunk lines for calls coming from the Naval Hospital (or Family Clinic) in Pensacola. Another number from this is 850-505-0000. The calls may be automated reminders or direct calls from one of their many extensions.
I called the number back and it said this is not a working number.
Driving got a call, didn't recognize it anyways so I didnt answer.Got a good look at it realized it's a Pensacola number.Looked online, didnt find it in reverse look up, so came here and saw this.Looked up Pensacola base. It's not the hospital, that the 505 not the 452.Called it back said it's a base number, non-working
