Wanted to verify address info and DOB, would not say what it was regarding, without me verifying and I told them I would not until I knew who they were and what they wanted. Contact Emcare's home office and left a message with their legal department to inform them someone is fraudulently using their company name.
They are doing a horrible job then! Their approach is very suspicious. What business would use a company that comes off so sketchy. Why are they calling the patient and not the doctor or Cigna? If it's not a scam, then they are failing so epically it makes Trump look stellar. I would trust a call from North Korea more than these people!

get calls EVERYDAY. after blocking the number, they leave a silent voice mail.
When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
This number called the other day didnt answer as I didnt recognize the number. Turns out my hunch was right another spam caller. It's the only calls I get nowadays
