Received unwanted call on my DO-NOT-CALL-LISTED cell phone 9:42 am Sep 29 2015. Computer caller offered promotion. When I didn't respond, it said "... didn't hear you clearly". I hung up. Next step is to report the number.

call at 104pm did not pickup. Blocked.

Got a call from this number, hung up when I answered.

7 calls from this number in 30 minutes. Just kept calling back when my machine picked up and they left no message. I'd say that's harassing & I'm on the DNC List.

Called work number and did not leave a message... very strange!

Just called my cell and I hit the ignore button. Left no voicemail. Surprise. For all those saying they are on the Do Not Call List like 90% of us are, these companies that make these calls don't care.

Got the exact message on my cell phone but I got the first part where the computer said his name was Tim. Of course they didn't identify the company. I actually had some time so I picked up on the call rather than letting it go to voice mail. Knowing it was a computer I answered all the questions by asking the question "Are you a computer". Seemed to confuse their system as planned. Unfortunately this call is causing me some extra work as I report this to the FCC as well as the FTC because it came into my cell phone. Probably an exercise in futility but if no one complains then the FTC and FCC don't know there is a specific problem with a specific number even if the number is likely spoofed.

Received the call, went to voicemail, they hungupshould be required that the telephone companies keep a complaint database, the customer dials a star-number-pound code and the last number is logged. The telcos have the complete information, not just the CID, and they should be required to investigate and terminate services to these crooks.

I also received a phone call from (858) 524-4881. They did not leave a voice mail message.
