Everytime I answer there is nobody there. They call at least 4 times a day - sometimes more.

I mixed up my 2 credit cards payment dates. the second of the month for this Starting on the 5th I started to recieve calls from THREE different #s one said they were citibank and there was a problem with my account. The rest were hang ups!! If you got that would you think it would be being 3 days late??? Or would you think it was a real problem??? Got a call at 8:30 this morning and no message left. I called the 18006698488 from the back of the card. made them give me someone from the US. they told me I was late with the payment, I asked If I have ever been late before, answer no, has there been any suspect charges, answer no. the only charge was the one I did to get a 12 mo no interest. The man said they just want to keep their customers informed!! AT 8:30 on Sunday morning. Someone who works late on Sat night?? I'm going to use their money for the 12 months then drop the card like a rock!!!!
I always check this site to check on who could be behind these calls. I never answer the phone so thanks for your help. I just go click click and then go on with what I was doing.
