4th one, continuous open line tone again.They have 10 more days until I can report them as a donotcall list violation, and they appear to be doing the most of it.
I have been receiving calls from this number for about a month, they call several times a day, leave no message. Highly annoying.

i have been getting calls from this number also... at all hours.. they never leave a message... i now know that they got my number from an online quote form i filled out..BIG MISTAKE...
It is an illegal telemarketing move. Yes they are calling because of info you put online, however calling 2-3 times per day leaving no voicemails and hanging up when you answer, should allow them to be shot in the head for being so stupid. A telemarketer is not allowed to call that many times in a day every single day. If some states the penalty is death if they happen to live close enough to the call center, I know it pisses me off for a lazy [***] company to try and sell their product that way. They are just imbiciles that do not know how to market appropriately , so next time they call pick up the phone and tell them where to shove it.........unless you really want an insane insurance quote :) Hey, if you want to pay too much for car insurance, thats your choice!
They called both my cell phone and home phone numbers, allowing both to only ring 3-4 times and not leaving any message on either voice mail services.
YES I GOT THE SAME THING. I CALLED THEM AND A LADY TOOK MY CALL AND SHE WAS A VERY NICE LADY. SHE SAID SHE WILL TAKE MY NAME OFF THEIR LIST AND I SHALL NOT RECIEVE ANYMORE CALLS WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HRS. (I WILL SEE IF SHE IS TELLING THE TRUTH OR NOT....:)
