they call several times a DAY, NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE AND NEVER STOP CALLING, NIGHTS WEEKENDS ALL THE TIME. I WANT THEM TO STOP. CAN YOU SUE FOR HARASSMENT FROM CALLING TO MUCH AND BUGGING PEOPLE. IF PEOPLE WANTED THIS COMPANY THEY WOULD ANSWER ON THE FIRST OR SECOND CALL, BUT HUNDREDS OF CALLS LATER, THEY DON'T GIVE UP.
I JUST CALLED THE NUMBER, GOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED TO HAVE MY NUMBER TAKEN OFF, NICE LADY SAID NO PROBLEM, UP TO 24 HRS AND ITS DONE.

If you filled out an online quote for insurance, then they are going to call you over & over & over & over until you call and have them remove your number from their calling list. Just call that number back & press 0 for the operator & then 5 for other and then you will speak to a live person who will remove your number from the list. Do it as soon as possible because the operator there told me that they sell your info to other companies!!
I also made the mistake of going on-line for insurance information and am now trying to sort through my phone messages to find REAL calls. Thanks for letting us know we have to call to get our names and numbers removed. I really thought I had opted out from the on-line quote procedure because I did not complete the information, but obviously did not. Better to stick with an independent agent who takes a hint when you don't get back to her/him.
