call to locate a relative....a name Nathan Lee and he gave a ref #....said he had to talk to this relative asap....said i don't know....and he gave me phone number and info...joey

i got a call at 12:30pm today from this company. caller id said TENNESSEE and some dude mumbled with a southern accent. all i understood was "a packet is being mailed to you today... any quesions call this 800 number".im in the market for a home and applied for a va home loan and just mailed in my application last week. i put my home number on that application so it must be someone in Veteran Affairs selling my info for a profit or VA doing it themselves. almost NOBODY has my number and ive used it for applications only twice this year. im going to get to the bottom of this.

THESE PEOPLE ARE PUSHING THE ENVELOPE WHEN THEY CALL SO MUCH NO WONDER NO ONE WILL CALL THEM BAC THEY ARE HARRASSING

We financed our home through Vanderbuilt and after my husband had a serious work accident we were having to ask them to help us make arrangments. They were horrid. Even after offering to fax them all the information needed they called me a liar and told me if I didn't keep up on my payments they would foreclose and asked if I wanted my kids to live in a car. (Michelle English was the agent) Because of a delay in a worker's comp payment we were late with a payment and even though I called and told them, they called my mother in law and asked for the money. When she told them to call us the woman asked if (and gave the name of my husband's brother-in-law) would have any information. I called them and told them that I had already called and made the situation known and that by calling and threatening to call other family members she's gone past what is allowed by law. If you've ever dealt with this woman, she's beyond horrid. At one point she threatened to offer the house to the park to buy out from under us and have us evicted.This happened about 5 years ago and still, to this day, a week or two before our next payment is due (payments are taken directly out of the account) they call to ask the date of the next payment. I've gotten to the point where I tell them to look at my account and hang up.I wish I had some advice for dealing with these people.

I received a call this evening from 865-380-3000 around 7:15 pm. It was on my cell phone that I've only had 2 weeks. He said that it was urgent that I call him back. The man stated his name was "David". I called this number back at 7:30 pm and got a recording stating that the office was open Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 5:30. Why would someone be at the office 2 hours after they close? If the office is closed, you can't call them back.........This is really weird!

A woman named Anna called my fathers house today asking for Joseph Hill. That is my 8 year old son. I have called with the reference number they gave me and told them I do not want them to call my fathers house or try to call my son anymore.

Harassing us about a neighbor's debt. We do not know or have any contact with this individual, who lives down the street and has an unlisted number.

I got a call from this number today. It was a lady, and I did't understand what name she asked for. I told her she had the wrong number and she had a very pissed off "sorry" to reply with, then hung up. I don't like that sorta thing.

4 calls today from them, and I have them recorded (not just caller id--the actual call itself). I gave the last caller the times of the earlier calls and told him that I'd recorded them, and he very rudely told me no one had called. They call, on average, 3 times a day, at least 2 days a week, always looking for someone with a name that is nowhere close to mine. They are rude when on their best behavior; I've had them flat-out tell me I'm lying about the person being there, and that they were going to have me arrested! (I still haven't figured out for what!) I told the last one that I would be filing criminal harassment charges against him, personally--not the company--if ANYONE from the company called again!

They keep calling my land line. I have never had a mobile home nor wish to won one. The call also hangs up after I answer it. This is very annoying as they call 3-4time daily .
