866-251-3115 left a message on my work phone to call this number and ask for Jeffrey Ritz. I called the number thinking it might be in reference to some supplies ordered and the woman who answered the phone said the company name is NCO (National Credit Org). I advised them that they are calling a place of business and they apologized and said they must have been given a wrong number and would not call any more. I'll let you know if they keep calling.
I just got a new cell phone about 2 months ago, and a new number. Well, apparently someone named Daniel used to have my phone number. These people keep calling even after I have told them repeatidly to take me off of their calling list. It's so annoying... they are also calling from 213-232-2373. I don't know how to get them to stop calling but they are non stop, everyday!
They call my business number and when i answer there is a recording asking me to hold---are they nuts?? I didn't call them.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
