I am speaking as a former employee of the above office in Dublin, Ohio. I worked here for 3 years as a "senior collector". From what I've read above, it sounds exactly like everyday life in the office there. They not only encourage this type of behavior, they discipline their employees if they are not "mean enough". They also treat their employees the same way!! I would never recommend doing any business with this company!!

i need help to make pay arrament

someone from this number calls every morning, when I tracked down the number, (just after they called one morning and asked for Amber), someone I had never heard of and began calling me a liar. Once I woke up enough to think about it, I thought it would be best to contact them and straighten this out. After talking with someone (they don't give their names) they transfered me to the same woman that had been calling me and she was even more rude, calling me Amber and a liar and hung up on me.My boyfriend, over hearing the conversation, called them back and talked to a man, and after informing them, if they continued to call he would notify the FCC, the man informed him the FCC didn't apply to Checksmart!

You need to protect yourself you need to use life alert they are awesome.they will protect your identity to up a million dollors.people ya need to get it all your info is public knowledge protect your self.ive had scammed say I'm in collection then call the company and they say no its not in collection.

I know of the policy and procedure of these companies. For everyone who reads this just know this...if you are someone they are calling and the person they ask for is not you, or you do not know this person it is because whomever they are trying to reach gave them your number as a contact number...probably because they knew they were going to skip out on paying back the money they owe and you are just the unlucky individual whos number they made up. This is not 3rd party collections, therefore, they do not have to follow the same guidelines as normal collection agencies...they can be as rude as they want to be. If you get one of these calls, be nice...its the only way they will take your number out of their system...trust me! They may keep calling for a couple days until they recognize "hey this really isnt a valid number". But if you're rude they'll keep calling!

These people are relentless a**es who do not identify themselves at all...even when they have the WRONG number. When I finally called them back, they did not want to say who they were at all. Instead they were very interested in who I was. They operate like crooks and scammers because they only leave a phone number and give no reason for their call, this is not above board behavior that a reputable company would use. Then when it was proven they have the wrong person and wrong number, they told me it takes 24-48 hours to "get me out of the system." Surely it did not take that long to put my number in. I googled and found that if you have a payday loan or loan with the likes of any of the Community Choice Financial companies across the country, this is them trying to hound you for their money. Sucks to be on their list and I never even got a loan from them. Hell, they should PAY ME for all of their interruptions!

Recieve numerous calls from 866-354-0567. They're trying to reach a James Taylor with regards to debt. I informed them they had the wrong number, but they said I was "covering for" James Taylor & insisted on speaking with him. They said they couldn't remove my # and would continue to call until they spoke with James Taylor. They said the phone# was on a check and this James person lived in Cincinnati OH. They said the name of their company was BCI Recovery and of their 200 locations, I was receiving calls from a location in Ohio. The man I spoke with tonight wouldn't give me his name or any additional information. When I called the number back to ask for a manager, they answered "Corporate Headquarters"

I worked for an attorney for several years and I know that when a collector contacts you (as a debtor or as an employer of a debtor) they MUST give you their name and their companies name. They must also provide you an address and telephone number for their company if you ask for it. Then if you choose, you (as a debtor or as an employer of a debtor) can IN WRITING (must be in writing) ask the company to not contact you again regarding this matter. If the collector fails to provide you with this information and/or after sending the letter to them they continue to contact you, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and you could file suit against them for their negligence.

People from this number repeatedly call my phone and work. Harrassment!!!!!

I got a transaction on my account from "BucCreditSolutio" They were taking money out of my account. That is how I know this company. I clled to the number that was related to this trasaction and I got a rep called Miky. I told her what was go9ng on and she transfered me to a Supervisor named (Jessica) she told me that they were taking money from my account because I request a loan from Check Smart. So they work with Check Smart and are in charged od debitting the account of people that request loans.
