i had a missed call from this number and called it back to see what it was they said they were from checksmart but said they saw nothing for my number that they are a outbound call center and probably just made a mistake then just hung up on me

I live in Vegas! Some hoe just called me asking for a Rainey Alcazar, she said she's with "California check cashing" my name is pretty similar but not Rainey Alcazar, I didn't want to give my real name over the phone to some stranger, I don't live in Ca and I don't owe money to anyone nor do I cash checks in any establishment other than my bank.

I do not owe anyone money and have excellent credit. Not sure why they called and left an automated message.

This is a loan company. Two different people that I do not know gave my number as a reference when taking out a loan. The customer reps were very courteous in removing my number when I told them I had no idea who the people were.I wish their automated voice call would be specific though. It kind of freaked me out at first.

These people have caused problems at my job and have refused acknowledgement of my bankruptcy filing. I am going to report to the better business bureau

Get calls from this number at least once a week. I have never answered. On the voice mail, they always ask for a random person or just say that it is urgent and I "Must call back," giving me their number with a different extension every time.How do I report them??

Did you ever pay them? if not what happened....

To the person who wrote the comment on Jan 11,2008 you are so wrong with what you wrote. Please if you are going to list comments about collection agency please know the Collection Laws the Fair Collection Law was put together for a reason. First thing if you have ever been to a Pay Day Loan than you should know that the phone number you give as your own is verified before giving the loan so for you to make a comment that someone gave the wrong number when they took out the loan is false. The second thing is every consumer is protect by the fair collection agency and it dosnt matter if the company themself is calling you to collect they must follow the collection laws that means if someone ask them not to call they are not allowed to do so, especially their place of employment. I am so glad they made a mistake and called my number this morning because I will definately be taking actions on their misuse of the fair collection laws.There is no company that is allowed to contiue to haras or threaten you.

Called back to back days looking for a former co-worker. Told no longer work here for 8 months... 2nd one said not from us. said yes it was same # and told them same thing
