They call at least once every afternoon. I'm in a rental house and they ask for the previous tenants. Informed them several times that I don't know the person and to stop calling. To the guy who posted Andrea's info, thank you!

I keep recieving these phone calls at work, everyday about 30 times. they are very rude when I try to talk to them about the situation for the payday loan. I would like to get a company name to report them if possible.

I have recieved at least 20-30 calls at work from the corporate office for checksmart I do owe them money but they call everyday, and will not listen to my situation and will not except it. I have talked to so many rude people from that office. now I'm receiving calls from the number 614-798-5900 and its the same company. and I now have reported them to the federal trade commission and my attorney general

That sounds exactly like me. Do you know if there is a law they are breaking when they call you at work when you specifically told them not to? I want to help you take them down;

I just wanted to let you know that if the guy you talked to wouldn't give you his name or company name that is absolutely illegal. He's also not allowed to tell a 3rd party anythign about another persons debt. PROSECUTE!!

the fact that they called your neighbor is illegal. they are not allowed to inform 3rd parties of your personal business. take legal action and take them down

I also got a strange call from this number. When I returned the can it said thanks for calling the corporate office.
