I have never even used Checksmart. Apparently a nephew of mine owes them money, and now they are making rude calls to my cell phone! Is this even legal? I have no idea how they got my number.

haha these idiots.. somehow Checksmart deposited $1500 in to my savings account and I spent it. Now they want the money back and I dont have it.. so they keep calling me and I just laugh at them. Suckers!

Please pay attention to this! I have been doing some research on this BCCI and I am SHOCKED at what I have found! Here are just two entries I found after only 15 minutes of research: In November of 1995, the Bank of Credit & Commerce International (BCCI) was seized by US authorities for money laundering. It's original capital used to set up the bank was largely funded by Abu Dhabil (ring a bell?) and Dhabi continued to be its largest depositor and largest shareholder until Congress began investigating in the early 1990's, resulting in the aforementioned seizure of assets. IF YOU THINK I'M GOING TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE EVEN ONE PENNY OF MY MONEY, GUESS AGAIN!

I've had the same issue I lost my job and tried to explain this to them and that I'd be able to pay them back when I start my new position. They have just made threats and called constantly. I now received a call from someone calling himself Mr. Knox saying it was in regards to a complaint against me for violating Arizona State Law and that he needed to hear back from me or my attorney. This is getting old the economy sucks I just recently found a new job so I'll be able to pay them back but the harassing phone calls and voice mails are getting extremely old. I've even reported them to the BBB. They call me anywhere from 6-9pm every single day. Sometimes they leave the harassing messages other times they just hang up.

Have no clue whose number this is, they called me pretty early the other day and woke me up, but I thought it was my cell phone's alarm and hung up. I did hear a person talking on the other line as I flipped the phone open. Oh well... They didn't call back.
