I had a voicemail from this number from a guy stating he was from Chase debit Card Fradulent Dept and I needed to call 800 359 7404 so I called that # and it was an automated line to "verify my last few charges" well i had to enter my acct #, and hung up..(never hit 1 to confirm acct #) after I did this I felt very un-easy. I called the customer service # on back of my card and they stated they never called me!!!! Soooo now a days they have these apps you can download and make the call from any phone number you choose, So they prob went online and saw what the Correct Chase number was and programmed the call to come from there, then when you call the other number is where you get scammed. Needless to say cancelled my card such an inconvenience and now just looked online and they used my card in another state!

People trying to reach this number are given 1-877-564-2262 by JP Morgan Chase Bank. The client actually wants to dispute charges or errors on their credit card and doesn't want a room at the B&B. The Bank does not have the correct number in their files. They have the number for our B&B. We receive numerous calls each day and must pay for them even thought they are wrong numbers.

got an email about Chase Customer Claims Secure Document Exchange about a claims number and it said that I had a recent phone conversation. (I did not have a recent phone conversation) 1-866-564-2262 was provided in the email. I called and they asked for a name and an account number. they wouldn't give out any information. hmmn. I didn't give them any information.

I got two emails from Chase Customer Claims Secure Document Exchange about a claim and how my documents are ready for review. I did have a recent claim and so I called the number and they wanted more information. When I asked the woman if this was Chase Bank she said "umm, yes". Sounded fishy, then told her I tried to use the email link and it came up with a warning that this is an known "phishing site". The woman then told me to disregard the warning!!! Can you believe it! We all have to be ultra aware of where we are clicking on the internet.

was just given this number to follow up on my dispute with a montly metro card purchase for 89 bucks that didnt go through but was charged outta my account anyway. What is fishy is that after i lodged my complaint at the chase location in brooklyn in the mall that i work, i received two emails that were obviously trying to phish my password. don't dial any 866 numbers you dont know for sure.

This number is for the Chase Claims Department. I was given this number directly from a Chase ATM because the ATM had a techinical problem and ate my deposit.

Someone keeps calling us from this number. They say they are from chase and that someone has wrritten a check off our account. What account??? They wont give out information without the account number or social. Are they crazy. They want to contact me, do it the old fashioned way. In writing!!!!
