Received a call from this number. First thing said the person said was "this call is recorded. Is this "name""At least it was not an robocall and a real person. New number but legitimate debt collectors would send an actual notice through the mail if the debt is real.
I actually owe these people money its collections for T Mobile but I think I got so screwed over by them, they wont see a penny more from me, spent 6 years paying for insurance on a My Touch phone, but as soon as it went wrong, they wouldn't replace it with a new My Touch, instead they gave me a phone which from the mouth of the sales person, "she doesn't know why they are still in the store they have been discontinued! So I broke my contract and these people are calling 5 times a day wanting over $700
Midland Credit Management, I've been fighting a "supposedly" debt to T-Mobile for over 3 years, for $300. Never received any proof that I owe this, which it's the collection agency obligation to do. They've sold this to three different collection agencies, that I fought also. Midland just won't give up!! Love talking to them cause they just put me in a rage!!
Yeah I love Mr. Number! I suspected this was a new number since the old one stopped called and this new one started the very next day.
I always accept the call but put it on mute. It won't take much to put these guys out of business if everyone does that since it costs a few bucks for them to have someone pick up the phone. Pretty funny hearing them talk also.
My personal favorite from them is this investigator telling me she was dispatching the Sheriff to my hose to have me arrested.
Called my cell this evening. Sent them to voicemail and they left no message. Assume it's the same morons looking for the guy who used to have my cell number -- about 8 years ago.
After the third call, I blew a very loud coach's whistle into the phone. Haven't bothered me since. :)
