Shelly called from "Small Business Gross Alliance" asking for the owner... I told her he no longer works here....hahahahahaha!!!
Kara from Small Business Growth Alliance wanting to speak to the owner about getting better wholesale rates for our business, heard the normal call center background noise and knew is was a telemarketer that knew nothing about our business she eventually hung up after I asked a few simple questions.
Sandra called from Small Business Growth Alliance stating we are being charged hidden fees and she can get us a reimbursement. She was very tenacious/unrelenting, but kind, when I informed her we keep an eye on our reports, weekly.
Micky from Small Business Growth Alliance. Another telemarketing company for the credit card processing... I don't know why they call us when our numbers are registered on donot call list....
Got a call from Alicia, I think they make up these names. Tried to tell me that there was a rate increase on our business credit card account and that I should fax over my last bill so she could reduce my rate. I asked for her email address but she didn't have one. So I told her to send me an email, but so far have not received one. This whole thing smells bad. She also said she was from Small Business Growth Alliance but tried to make it seem as if she was affiliated with the company we use for our credit card transactions.
Because thwer is no actual do not call list for businesses. And do you really think thast these agencies would actually take the time to look up each merchant to see if they were on it. You are a DUMBASS
Had a message on my office phone line from Melissa from Merchant Services stated that I may have been overcharged on my October billing. HA! I'm an accountant so I keep a close eye on those things. Don't think I'll be giving her a call back.
got a call from 661-630-3110 with a message, listened and it was 866 644-0028 x 7060 small business merchant servicesredialed the 661 number and it was out of service...so they are using a shell to get you to answer the phone! seriously unethical - i wouldn't do business with a company that would do this!
Telemarketing scam. "Misty" from merchant services called regarding some "upgrade policy charges".I don't think I'll be calling "Misty" back anytime soon.
Got a call from Sandra stating that we may have been overcharged. I think these people need to be reported to the Attorney General's Office for prosecution. It's a good think we have internet, where I was able to quickly research this telephone number and find out it was a scam.... "Beware People of the Union!"
