I cannot get them to stop calling me in the middle of the night.

over $700.00 showed up last evening on my bank statement. apple and i-tunes WILL NOT help you. my bank, the local police, and the state attorney general are very interested though. fortunately, my bank indemnifies me from fraudulent charges and formal complaints have been filed with all the law enforcement agencies, credit agencies and consumer protection section of the State Attorney General's office.do not expect apple or i-tunes to address this at all. this has been going on for over a year and reported all over the net, but has received no media attention. no wonder i never trusted apple...it was just a feeling i had.

I didn't receive a call from them but a $200 charge on my credit card, which was caught by my card's fraud department, came from them. I find it interesting though that 3 others unauthorized charges on the same day were from Dell.

I have not received a call from this number, but I did try to call it. I tried to call this number due to a $200 charge on my bank statement from my credit/debt card.If this has happened to you, don't let it go! Attempt to get anywhere you can with Itunes. You may not get anywhere, because I have tried and they don't seem very helpful with this situation. After you try what you can with Itunes, then take all your information to your bank. Your bank will generally fight these charges for you, if you can give them all the information. Though for the most part you cannot wait longer than 30 days or less.I've called the number. I've attempted to email Itunes (with a promised reply in 48 hours). In the morning I will be taking this issue to my bank for them to fight. Don't just give up!

Yesterday morning I awoke to several charges of $220, from itunes and one from webhost. I tried to call the above number, but it directed me to a website, which from there you get nowhere. I immediately called my bank. They advised to wait to see if the charges drop off. If they don't drop off, then file a fraudulent charge. My bank is very good about taking care of the situation.

I Opened my credit card bill and I had 8 bills from apl*apple I tunes store 866-712-7753 CA. I have no idea what this is. I am a senior citizen and I refuse to pay it. I called the telephone number and guess what I did just as they said and this is what I found.

I got a charge on my cc for $.34 and just paid it. After finding this website I called and cancelled my card. Glad it wasn't a big amount like others had.
