This is the third time I have been scammed by this number and "bank charge purchases". I have had to change my bank card 2 times and now a second account has been attacked. This time I am out over $!,500!! OMG! I requested a call from "Apple I Tunes" per the "voice message" instructions and after a 2-3 day wait I was told no refund was possible since this had happened "several times before" (twice on a different acct). All charges occurred in a 30 day period and I lost track of time and did not check my acct routinely, so when I went to pay my monthly bills I almost dropped dead. If not for this web site I would have just had to eat these charges. I cant afford this on retirement income. This is a disaster on so many levels . Are there any real resource to deal with this problem in law enforcement? I cant believe the duration of this scam with no national attention. WTF is going on???
They took 29.99 out of my account and told me if I pay them a 100$ they would refund my money and clean the virus out of my iTunes account that I never used, had to cancel my card
It's a scam. They charged $700 in 6 transactions from my bank in 24hrs. Cancel your card.
This happened to me too. I recently purchased something through Amazon and didn't realize it was from China. Did any of you do the same?
Just checked my account to find over $250 in charges. On the phone with my bank now to reverse.
I had this happening and freaked out. Logged into iTunes and went over all the transactions. Turns out they were all legit. Apple bundles a lot of the charges and then charges things on random days, so something you pay for on the 21st, the 23rd, and the 24th all get billed in one charge on the 27th. Pull up your credit statements and compare to your iTunes account and match them up that way. Also remember that if you have an Apple TV, your Hulu/NetFlix are charged to iTunes, and the charges are not on the exact same day, it seems they appear every 4th Friday.
Just found out today my account was hit for over $2,100 in charges! They basically maxed out my credit card. I had 20 charges on one day for $99.99 each. Have cancelled my card and contacted Apple. All charges to CA#866-712-7753.
I got charged today 9.98 thankfully I noticed it and cancelled my card immediately after reviewing this fraud fake apple #
I'm so pissed, I changed my card but the charges keep coming. The government fraud ppl can't do something? Apple can't do something. Now I'm calling my bank again, I want my money put back.
How do you fix it, i cant figure it out and i want my money back?

This number comes up as a match to my name on Microsoft search results, and with a different age than MY true age. There is no other ME who has the same first, middle and last name spelled like this that I EVER came across. It's definitely a scam!
