Got charged four $1.00 fees on my debit card from ITUNES and Apple Online Store, None of which I bought from. Seeing as how I bought it on the 18th and only used it for a day, my memory is clear and I NEVER bought anything from the store or from itunes. Pissed me off and after reading this stuff about $500+ really helped me on deleting the card from my Apple account. Planning on taking it to my bank to decline transactions with the number/ID and hope to never get this kind of stuff on my account history every again. Not good at all.

I too had money taken out of my account on 01-21-2009 from APL*ITUNES 866-712-7753 CA for 16.73. I submitted it to my bank for investigation/

August1st2013 for about 3 months now this apple iTunes charge my Visa card without my permition

I just noticed quite a few charges on my c/c from itunes, only to find that they said it is not them. However, this 18667127753, is not them. I was directed to their fraud department and had to cancel my c/c. The crazy part is that my daughter downloaded free applications and we were charged the .99 cents for each one............This is crazy

I doubt seriously that it's actually Apple that's doing this. On the same day as the "APL-ITUNES" charge ($1.00), I got a bunch of fake telecom charges from companies in Cypress. I suspect they're related; check your statements.

OK, so this same crap has been going on since 2008 and I imagine the person(s) behind it are laughing their [***] off since they've obviously been getting away with it for 5+ years now. That whole FCC reporting thing is garbage. Who do you report it to? I'm going to try the FBI.

It happened to me too, I'm so mad!!!!!!!! who o what the hell is going on that nobody can stop this!!!!, they took more than $400 of my account, now the bank is investigating, I had not idea how it happened, I never used Itunes in my life, stop this crap!!!!!

hi. i just noticed charges to my credit card with this number. I called itunes (different phone number) and was passed around multiple times before I was told that the charges were from itunes but when traced back were not made by me. They said I would be refunded but i'm still skeptical as the guy said that anything "APL*ITUNES" on my card is in fact from apple. If thats true than why are there hundreds of people claiming its a scam when I google the phone number 1-866-712-7753. Deb, were you actually told that that is NOT an apple phone #?
