This just happend to me too!! I do not have an itunes account so I knew this was a scam right off. I had 2 transactions for $1 and 3 for $50 back to back. These posted as pending on 11/4/11 and posted on 11/7/11. Now I have to wait for a new bank card to arrive, thankfully I think my bank is going to reverse the charges! Contact your bank asap!

hw can i do that?hw can i take my money back? i just noticed that this morning, this phone number charges me $34 for the second time, the first time was $50, i thought it was me purchase some games but now I event can't register my new debit card to apple but it take me $34.95, mean i'm not register my card to apple but it still take me $ 34.95 ??? hw weird!!!!!

i just received my my statement and i have been charged four times for the things that i never purchased this is discusting how apl apple itones keep charging people for the things that they are not even aware of it

I was charged $90 total across 6 charges in 1 day. If you have a charge from this number, Apple and iTunes had nothing to do with it. Someone has your card number and is testing your account with it. Cancel your card and call your bank. Once again, this is NOT a legitimate Apple charge. Call your bank and they will help you.

I too got the i-tunes charge on my credit card....49.37. Sadly, my credit card provider did not think this was a problem and I see now that this scam has been going on for a very long time! I am glad I cancelled my card number right away. This credit card fraud was posted as a sale on the same date that I ordered something on line from Amazon!

Phone # Provider will know the real person who is behind this scam, but where is the low?????I got ripped off $50 on my credit card fortunately credit card provider "Chase" blocked it. Contact and complain State Governor's office, the can lock those crooks if they want to.

This scam is still running in 2018 apparently. I have an iTunes account but I have not bought anything from it in a very long time, I don't even remember the password to log in anymore. Well yesterday I had a charge for $16 from this number, saying it was iTunes. I went to my bank and she said I can't fight the charge until it actually clears because it still said pre-authorized. I should've had her just cancel the card, but I didn't think to. Woke up this morning on a Saturday and two more pending charges totaling $48, so they've taken $64 so far. My card is now cancelled and I will be fighting to get my money back.

anything ever come out of the investigation ? im just noticing now for the past year money hyas been taken out $1 here and there now its $25 at a time ??? have no idea whats going on

just got the same thing on my staement im trying to figure out whats going on i dont even own a home computer and i have no idea how itunes even works im filing a c laim with my bank btw there was no answer when i attempted to call the number back gives me a voicemail and then disconnects

When I called this number, I was then contacted by “Frank from Apple” His number was877 219 5117 He then proceeded to scam me out of a sum of money pretending to fix my hacked computer. Live and learn.
