For several months each month I'm being charged $6.40 & I have not purchased a thing from I Tunes. Please help me figure out this problem.
got a charge of $3.26 on my credit card. Called to find out what is it for - got a message to check the web at iTunes.com/billing. Got nowhere with an answer.Should act a law that any charge on the card should have an invoice easily accessiblethat says what is it for.I instructed the credit card to dispute it.I will change my credit card number - so they cannot charge me.
Looking at my financial statements, they aren't hitting every month, but I see some on the same day for three various months. They're for the same amount. I wonder if apple isn't hitting me for updates? I know for certain one went through specifically the day following an iOS update.
cHECK YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 866-712-7753. I spoke with Apple today; even got an email explaining that this is not Apple but are fraudulent charges under the guise of being iTunes. Somebody has hacked my account through another party and gathered my information; they are making charges on my card and stating they were iTunes/Apple.
