received several calls from this number today, no messages left. if it is in fact allstate, i do not have nor have i ever had a policy with them.

They keep calling my daughters phone and keep telling her to pay her bill She is 11 and doesn't need car insurance. I can't tell them its the wrong number because when I call back its all automated. Nobody in our family even uses All-State.

I agree, never had anything to do with Allstate......Why call me, I answered the phone once and had someone speaking a different language....What gives

We are all arguing up here for no reason. Allstate is one of the sorriest insurance companys out there. I had allstate and my agent called be a 9 pm during the superbowl to talk about coverage. I switched to Farm Bureau and im glad i did. But yeah this number is Allstate and they can K.M.A

Called 3 times today but left message only on the last try. Stated that they were Allstate and to call them back. I do use Allstate for my insurance but my policies are current and I don't owe them money or anything.

This number called and did not leave a message, I saw the postings here that it was Allstate and likely about a bill. So I called my agent and sure enough, the autopay was not working. thanks folks for posting this information, very useful, really saved me some hassles!

shows as TOLL FREE. verbally says ALLSTATE insurance. To dial back get automated system, no option for operator, but there is option to enter your tel number and get last message. I entered my tel and it said $160 owed, with payment options. I am not customer and never called them ever. I phoned 1800ALLSTATE and got person in NON US country, she transferred me to Corp in Georgia. They said my tel shows for one of their customers, I said number is mine that they could confirm directory assistance, they said they would "fix" so I wouldn't get any more calls. Their reminder system is apparently flawed and as such causes nuisance calls that violate do not call registry. Reported to DNC registry today on 866 #.

Check your daughter's information for identity theft! If not that, then you are the victim of collection fraud.

Definitely a "phishing" or "collection fraud" call.Just got a call from one of my customers who received same, and was directed to call back to 1-866-377-4122, and then dial 471214.NOT ANYTHING LIKE ALLSTATE's SYSTEMWe do have an automated system that makes payment reminder calls, but they are VERY clear and easy to understand. Wil Allstate's calls there is no option to "hold for payment options."We have a system where the CUSTOMER must enter the policy number along with identifying information before any payment will be accepted...Questions?
